Firstly, I would like to use this blog post to talk about the benefits and drawbacks of traditional shredders versus our newer swivel shredders on commercial cold press juicers.

Commercial cold press juicers must be equipped with a shredder, either attached or separate.  For the highest capacity, obviously having a fully integrated shredder is best.  In the past, you would turn on the shredder and shred your fruits and veg until the bag was full, then press away.  However, while you are pressing, what is the shredder doing?  Absolutely nothing!  It’s just there taking up space!

Well here at ProJuice International we are very happy to tell that with our machines you can shred and press at the same time!  Our shredders swivel from side to side so you can turn the shredder 45 degrees, attach a juice pan to the special side shredding clips, attach a bag to the shredder, and shred away while the press is pressing!  This way you can have a new bag ready for the press as soon as the old one has finished.

To conclude, we are sure you will be happy with this system as you can really maximize the capacity of your commercial cold press juicer!
